Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with MISE EN SPICES. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products (spices and honey mix), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Original packaging images

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout

⚠️ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Orders refused at delivery
  • Products opened or used after delivery

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank
  • If the issue persists, contact us directly

7. Shipping Issues

MISE EN SPICES is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist you in tracking your order.
